Exchange Policy
Please read through our Exchange Policy to understand our exchange procedures and make sure your item is eligible for it.
You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to exchange the item(s). For an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
If the item you wish to exchange meets the criteria mentioned below; initiate it by fulling in the google form, the link to form is mentioned below.
How to Request an Exchange:
To process your request smoothly, could you please take a moment to fill out our short exchange form? It helps us gather all the details we need so we can assist you quickly and accurately.

Once submitted, our team will review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours with the next steps. If you need any help while filling it out, feel free to reply here, we’re happy to assist.
Please look out for:
After your product is approved for exchange, we will ship your new shipment via reverse pickup, through which you will recieve your desired product.
You must return your old items to the same delivery person. This process can take up to 6-8 working days and you will not be charged for it.
Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:
- Order number
- Reason(s) for return (attach pictures for proof)
- Incase of new items in exchange: Product names(s) & size(s)
- New address & contact information (if any)
