Exchange Policy

Please read through our Exchange Policy to understand our exhchange procedures and make sure your item is eligible for it.

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to exchange the item(s). This means if your item(s) was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 11th of that month to initiate an exchange.

If the item you wish to exchange meets the criteria mentioned below; initiate it by dropping us a message on Instagram, or by our official website once your order is fulfilled from our team.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Log in to your account (click here)

  • In the email field, enter your email address you used at the time of ordering and then click continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code you have received.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason, desired exchange product(s) along with its size(s) and add a note for the store for any specific requirements.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After your product is approved for exchange eligiblity we will book your new shipment via reverse pickup through which you will receive your desired product.

You must return your old items to the same delivery person. This process can take upto 6-8 working days and you will not be charged for it.

Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:

  • Order number 
  • Reason(s) for return (attach pictures for proof)
  • Incase of new items in exchange: Product names(s) & size(s)
  • New address & contact information (if any)
